Dr. Hoimonti Barua is a Visiting Fellow at NIICE. She focuses on issues related to Bangladesh and South Asia. She was awarded prestigious ICSSR Fellowship. Dr Barua holds her PhD from the Centre for South Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She has published several articles and participated at National and International Conferences.
