The Visiting Fellowship Programme is a residential fellowship programme that invites scholars working on subjects relevant to the field of International Relations, Foreign Policy, Security Studies and issue of Development. The researchers working in reputed international think tanks, policy research institutes and universities are accepted as Visiting Fellow:

• The duration of the Visiting Fellowship would be one-three months.
• Fellows are expected to write an original research paper (4000-6000 words) and Commentaries (800-1200 words) for NIICE website. They will also be engaged with other research activities.
• NIICE offers office space, accommodation (single room without Kitchen facilities) and access to the Institute’s facilities. NIICE do not provide any honorarium to scholars but they will receive letter of experience from the institute.
• Application should be accompanied by an updated Curriculum Vitae, cover letter (stating research interest), photograph and two published papers as writing sample.
