NIICE seeks Commentaries, Research Papers, Policy Briefs and Book Reviews on issues related to International Relations, Foreign Policy, Security Studies and issue of Development. The Commentaries should be of about 800-1200 words and should be well researched and well analyzed. Similarly, the length of Research Paper and Book Review should be 4000-6000 and 750-1500 words respectively. NIICE follows an independent editorial policy as NIICE is an independent, apolitical and non-partisan think tank. NIICE envisions a world, where sources of insecurity are identified and understood, conflicts are prevented or resolved, and peace is advocated. It believes in freedom, democracy and conflict free society around the globe. Please note that we do not reproduce already published papers. 

GUIDELINES FOR CONTRIBUTORS

  • NIICE welcomes Commentaries, Research Paper, and Book Reviews for publications.
  • Please note that we do not reproduce published paper. Please send us fresh, unpublished papers only.
  • The length of the Commentaries should be between 800-1200 words, Research Paper should be 4000-6000 words and Book Reviews of 750-1500 words. Longer pieces will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • The Book Review should be send along with the cover of the book.
  • The Commentaries should be an original article which has not been published on your website/blog or anywhere else.
  • All submissions should be sent electronically, as attached word documents to articles.niice@gmail.com
  • The subject line should be ‘Article for NIICE’.
  • The article should contain a line at end giving desired designation/ title and institutional affiliation. Please share your twitter handle if you use them.
  • The Editorial Team will respond within 3 working days.
  • The Editorial Team reserves the right to take the final decision on the use of the Commentaries, Research Paper and Book Reviews.
