Dr. Shubhra Chaturvedi is a Visiting Fellow and Editor at NIICE. Her areas of focus include nuclear policies, security issues, understanding the ‘soft’ consequences of nuclear weapons possession. Previously, she has worked as a Research Officer in the Nuclear Security Programme at the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS), India and as a Programme Officer at the Centre for Dialogue and Reconciliation, India. She holds a Ph.D in Diplomacy and Disarmament from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, India and has taught at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, University of Delhi, India. She has been a part of the India-Pakistan Track II Dialogues and had organised the Indian Delegation to Pakistan in the Islamabad Dialogue in 2014 and 2015.
