Dr. Gulbin Sultana is a Visiting Fellow at NIICE. Her research focuses on Indian Ocean Region and Maritime Security as well as politico-economic and foreign policy issues of Sri Lanka and Maldives. She is an Associate Fellow at the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, New Delhi. Previously, she has worked with National Maritime Foundation and the United Service Institution of India. She holds her M. Phil and PhD from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, India.
