Saroj Deo works as Research Associate at NIICE. His research interests are youth, peacebuilding and development, conflict resolution, marginalized community issues and other issues of development. Prior to this, he was involved with different reputed organizations such as United Nations Nepal, Raleigh International Nepal, Parikalpana Nepal and others at various positions. He has presented papers at national and international conferences. He holds an M.Phil. and Master’s from the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies and Management, Sikkim Central University, India.
