Diya Khadka is a Research Intern at NIICE. law student. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (B.A.LL.B.) at Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University, . Her academic interests include Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, Criminal Law, while her recent focus has expanded to Environmental Law and Climate Justice. She has a strong interest in legal research, which has driven her to participate in both intra-college and international moot court competitions. She represented her institution in the 12th Justice P.N. Bhagwati International Moot Court Competition on Human Rights. She has also gained practical experience as a Legal Research Intern at Ramaroshan Law Firm.
