The NBR-NIICE Dialogue Series-II on China and South Asia was held on 14 January 2020 in Kathmandu. There were three presentations on "Indian Development Cooperation in the Neighborhood", "Infrastructure Diplomacy as a tool of influence by China" and "Xi's India and Nepal visit: The Media Response". The event brought together about 50 participants including the Ambassador from Sri Lanka to Nepal H.E. Himalee Subhashini Arunatilaka, Nepal’s Former Ambassador to France Mr. Mohan Krishna Shrestha, Senior security experts, analysts, policymakers, people from diplomatic community, scholars, media personals and representatives of various academic fields.
