Earlier he served as a Chargé d’Affaires a.i., Embassy of Israel at Kathmandu, Ambassador to Cameroon, Ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire, Chief of Department at the Political Research Center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Jerusalem, Head of Office of Interests in Israel in Tunis, Tunisia, First Secretary (Political Affairs) at the Embassy of Israel in Brussels-Belgium, Second Secretary (Political Affairs) at the Embassy of Israel in Ankara-Turkey. He holds the Degree in Law (LLB), from Tel Aviv University. He has Specialization at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.\n2. Her Excellency Dr. Anjan Shakya, Ambassador of Nepal to the State of Israel\nDr. Anjan Shakya is currently serving as Ambassador of Nepal to the State of Israel. She was a Board Member of Prime Ministerial Advisory Council for Promotion of Industry and Commerce just before assuming the current position. She was a Deputy Executive Director at the Institute of Foreign Affairs, Nepal. She was a Chairperson of International Concern Center Nepal. She holds Ph.D. in Management from Tribhuvan University and she was a Professor at Presidential Business School (Westcliff University, California, USA). She was a lecturer of Padma Kanya Multiple College, TU, Nepal. She has been involving in various leading organizations and professional responsibilities for more than two decades. She is a renowned singer of Nepal and sang more than 100 songs in Nepali, Newari and Bhojpuri languages. She has published number of books such as - A dozen and half of books including ‘Foreign Policy of Nepal: Challenges and Opportunities’, ‘Vision on Foreign Affairs’, Nepal-China Relations, Nepal-India Relations, Nepal-Japan relations, Nepal-Germany etc.. For a range of social works, she is honored by many national level awards like Nepal Bidhya Bhusan, Jana Sewa Sri Padak, Gorkha Dakshin Bahu, etc. and felicitated by more than fifty social and non-governmental organizations.\nWatch it on NIICE Nepal Youtube Channel\n\n
